Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data held about you in Agent Polaris, including your WhatsApp conversations and booking requests with businesses that use our service.

How to request deletion

1. Email taeyong@surasteel.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number or WhatsApp number you used, and the name of the business you contacted if you know it.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email address, so that we only delete data at the request of the person it belongs to.

What happens next

We delete your conversations, contact details and booking records from our systems within one month, and confirm by email. If a booking is still upcoming, it is cancelled. If the business is legally required to keep certain records, we tell you which data is kept and why.

Messages that remain on your own phone, and data held by WhatsApp itself, are not controlled by us. You can delete those in the WhatsApp app.
